Perfect hits a dropkick, but Tazz fights back and hits a t-bone suplex while on commentary JR says that Jazz (the WWF Women’s Champion) and whoever wins the triple threat match for the Undisputed Championship will be allowed to appear on both Raw and Smackdown. Perfect comes out and gets on the mic and declares that he’ll be, “the perfect pick,” and then nails Tazz in the face and the match is underway. He and Lawler talk about the draft before throwing it to the ring for the first match of the night. Several wrestlers paid tribute in the form of real interviews about him, and Vince McMahon broke character to address the viewers about what had happened. The show was hastily canceled, the audience denied entrance to the arena, and became a three-hour tribute to Benoit, airing highlights from the WWE DVD 'Hard Knocks: The Chris Benoit Story', and a selection of Benoit's most famous matches. McMahon' tribute was cancelled on the day it was due to air after the real life death of Chris Benoit and his family. McMahon was presumably murdered by a bomb planted within his limousine.
